Refunds are an on a case-by-case basis, and each event has their own conditions for eligibility. Please reach out to us through our ticket seller's platform or at our contact email address.

Tickets that are refunded go back into circulation on our related ticket sellers platform. We also facilitate ticket re-sales for non refunded tickets and can be arranged through our email address or on our Instagram. We highly recommend purchasing tickets through our platforms to avoid scams, and so that we can verify any resales done outside of our platforms.

We have various residents and friends who we supply with relevant slots for our upcoming events. While our slots are limited, we are always open to hearing new talent. Keep an eye out for any of our upcoming DJ contests, where we will grant the winner with a slot at one of our upcoming events.
